Finally broke into the 8s in the 1/8 mile

Today at barona I finally broke into the 8s. With a DA of 3800' my best run was 8.970 at 80.845. At sealevel that is equivalent to 8.458 at 84 MPH. I was using bamachip tunes. My first two runs I ran the 91 octane race tune. My best time with that tune was 9.297 at 79. I ran my best time with the 91 tq tune.

Congrats man!! A new personal best always feels good. BTW, when I was running Doug's tunes, I always had better luck with the TQ tune as well. Stick with it IMO.

Thanks Don. Judging by the butt dyno, I thought the race tune would result in better times. I guess that dyno is not the best. I think I will stick to the tq tune. The race tune is fun but somewhat a PIA.
