Nice numbers. As long as your timing is not too advanced I think your perfectly fine at that power level on the stock block until you go intercooled.

alright so after almost of being supercharged and being non cooled, its time to put an intercooler on the bullitt. At the same time im switching to a blow thru setup and going to have Lito tune my car. Most of my parts I sourced from S&H performance, big thanks to Jeremy for answering all my questions and getting me the parts really fast. list of main parts I sourced...
1. HPX MAF
2. CX Racing DIY intercooler
3. Tial QJR bypass/bov
4. S&H walbro 405 fuel pump kit.
5. 3.6 pulley

Im still waiting on a few parts to show up...fuel pump, power pipe parts. Today I started the conversion. Pulled the blower, changed the pulley and clocked the blower. Plan for tomorrow is to pull the bumper and figure out a way to mount the intercooler. There are some threads on this site im looking to for reference, BruceH has a few.

Nice power for the mods. Congrats!
I need the hook up on one of those throwback kits myself.

spent most of the day today mocking up the intercooler and deciding how im going to mount it. once I figured that out I started with the piping. man its tight under the car with the 3" pipe but I custom cut a few pipes and have a very nice fit. Im really happy with how it has turned out so far. im just in need of a few more tbolt clamps and 1 coupler and then all the piping will be tightened down. I relocated the coolant tank about an inch to the left so that I could angle the intake pipe to the throttle body where I have the straight pipe that will hold the MAF, which I still need to have the flange welded to.

the non intercooled comes with a 3.8, Vortech said to drop one pulley size to 3.6 to add the 1-2lb boost back. I was hitting 10psi on stock pulley. Im only looking to have 8-10lb on this pulley. I will be able to make more power with better timing as my IAT will be much lower. Want to keep it at a safe number till next year when I order my aluminator.

I was non intercooled on the 3.8 pulley making 10 lbs. Now I am intercooled with a CXRacing unit and hitting 9 lbs of boost with a 3.25 pulley.

I was making shit power when I went down to a 3.6 pulley.

Congrats on your paxton purchase. I run a novi 2200 right now on my 3v. I love the way it builds boost and allows you a split moment to get traction lol. I'm selling mine since I'm going another route but wish you the best with it.

that's weird bud. Ive read 3 or 4 threads with people doing this conversion and only 2psi at most was lost. I hope I don't have to go to an even lower pulley
