I went to Lebanon Valley in Ny last night for one of their weekly test and tune sessions. Last year with a 100 shot it went 11.85 @ 115, so after spending all that money on the whipple, the goal was to run at least in the 70's and possibly a high 60.

Mods: stock 3.55s, MT et streets 26x11.5 on the stock 17s, PH drive shaft, bassani catted X, pypes, mid muffler, steeda adj. upper, metco lowers, tru track, eibach pro springs, FRPP struts/shocks, pro 5.0 shifter, eH20, and an HO whipple kit (11psi)

I dont have a scanner, so...
1st pass
60': 1.735
330: 4.993
660: 7.679
MPH1: 92.71
1320: 11.864
MPH2: 119.50

2nd pass (spun badly through 1st)
60': 1.903
330: 5.255
660: 7.959
MPH1: 92.28
1320: 12.166
MPH2: 117.11

3rd pass
60': 1.760
330: 4.974
660: 7.668
MPH1: 92.64
1320: 11.861
MPH2: 117.58

4th pass
60': 1.734
330: 4.950
660: 7.609
MPH1: 95.17
1320: 11.785
MPH2: 118.36

5th and final (missed 2nd :mad2:)
60': 1.754
330: 5.363
660: 8.122
MPH1: 92.62
1320: 12.408
MPH2: 115.09

though I only had one 11.70 pass, I know the car has more in it with the 119 trap speed. Traction was a major issue for everyone last night, and those of you from the Northeast know that LVD isn't the best for prepping the track. Add the fact that there is brand new asphault this year and the amount of rain we have had... lets just say it wasnt pretty for alot of people.

All and all I'm happy, seeing as that was on Ford's conservative tune. In the next couple weeks I should be installing 60lb injectors, Saleen PJ cams and valve springs, then we will see what it will really do.

Nice numbers!! I am going to LVD tommorow during the day for a track rental. Hopefully the prep is better tommorow than it was for you..

Great shake-down runs... w/ the looks of your 60' and mph... once you get setup right, you'll easily get the numbers you were hoping.

Question: does the Whipple 'feel' as good as the N20? Remember, you are under oath! LOL!

The only time the N20 feels better than the blower is the first initial hit after the bottle was filled, after that the blower hits harder and it hits every time you hit the pedal.

The car normally 60's in the mid to high 1.6s, so combine the slippery track with me not knowing what rpm to launch the car and you end up with shitty 60's. I think with a 1.6X 60' it will go a high 11.60 or low 11.70. Time will tell.

Looks good...I wonder if i could do the reverse, put a GT500 hood on with the stock GT front fascia (actually mines a CaliSpcl, but the same thing for this purpose)

I'd look around i'm sure someone has done it... thing that i would watch for is the shape of the very front center of a shelby hood it's not stright across like a GT hood it rasies up to match the GT500 clip. I had to do some playing to get my hood to shut right bc the GT500 Front end is tad bit taller.

but i know they make look a like hoods that fit the GT.

For your first time out, that is a great run! What were the temps like? DA?

Once you get everything dialed in, you will see mid-low 11s.
