freeplay in brake pedal

Already did a thousand ABS and bleeding procedures. the pedal is long, engine on or off, about 2 inches before engagement, compared to my 2018 PP1 which is immediate. my old fox had that little acorn nut on the end of the vacuum booster pushrod which greatly influenced feel and engagement. I did see a fellow that puts a turnbuckle in the pushrod so you can adjust the engagement, lost his posting, maybe on TMO. anybody??

check your rear brake calipers.. the problem you have with the long pedal is the result of worn rear calipers. Had the same issue - a set of new calipers resolved the problem.
BUT beware .. you MUST follow the full and correct installation process as shown in the FORD Manual

Without any background info, even my crystal ball cant guess.
Why did you need to bleed brakes in the first place?
