Does the headers have a bung for wideband already? Also, is that the factory finish or a high temp black paint job? Were they bent during the install or did the factory do that?

yes that is a bung for wideband, thats a high temp black paint job and they were dented like that for clearence durning install otherwise they hit the frame on the pass. side
