Fuel PSI issue...Stumped

Yeah I need to order or make one of those... A/R is .68 and im looking for pics for where the WG is it not extremley close to the headers...,And the spring is a 7.2psi i have a 10psi spring as well though

Doesn't your kit have the waste gate just a few inches off the driver side header? Under neath the steering linkage? .68 may be a issue with only a 7psi spring...

Have you tested your boost gauge at all?

Does it feel like only 4 psi?

I think the 7 psi spring just may be too weak for the position it may be in......or you have a huge cold side leak.....or a bad boost gauge......

If it were me:

1) test the gauge
2) test cold side pressure
3) change spring out and see if it starts holding
4) plumb a fitting to the hot side and check the pressure

Think about it like this.....if your waste gate is only seeing 4 psi thru the bottom port, and you have a 7 psi spring.......then something besides the manifold pressure is either opening that waste gate OR your loosening the pressure on the cold side.......and to only make 4psi, it would have to be a decent size leak.....
