I put the tires on and when the others were off I trimed the bumpstops down. Here is the final product. I think it will work, just hope it doesn't squat too hard or it will hit the fenders. Nitto 305/45-18s vs the 325/50-15 Hoosiers also.

That's a FAT Tire! I like:thumb2:. Just need some skinnys to match now. Did you figure out if the springs are compressed to much?

does sound like it from what the others with them have said. I cut the bump stops off and the car didnt go much lower at all, if any, but it can travel now instead of just hitting

Josh, did litto ever tune your car on 93 or just go straight to E85?

Also, I never remember seeing which intercooler you were running? How much does your IAT climb on a high boost pull. My setup for IC isn't going to work and I'm trying to iron out details on what to go with.

I have only tuned my car on E85, dont have 93 with almost 3hrs of where i live.

Here is a link to the thread where i built my custom coldside. the layout is a little different now, but not much. I think the highest rise in IATs I have seen was like 15 degrees. It is usually around 10-12 degrees.

Depends on the weather outside obviously, but I was tuning when it was about 55-60 out and the IATs got into the 70s. That would put it at about 110-115 on a 100 degree day

didnt log that. I can get a screen shoot of a street pull when i get home tonight. that would be best since I am just going off memory right now.

That dyno pull was the third back to back pull also since it spun the tires on the first two pulls and they were trying to get the cars ran through as quick as they could

Here are the screen shots. This log did hit 21lbs for a very brief moment. Looks like the rise was 18 degrees on this log. It did go up a few more degrees, but that was after I let out as shown from the Throttle Position Relative PID. I think that if I had a bigger turbo it may not rise as much. I am probably pushing this 67mm a little hard at 20lbs. At 12 lbs there is only a 12 degree rise.

Thanks buddy, that is exactly what I was looking for. I doubt I'll be running the 76 as hard as you were running yours. At 740 you are probably running yours about 93%(guesstimate). At 800 the 76 would be running at about 78%.

My math could be off:
67mm cea
935(max hp)*.85(15% inefficiency of driveline) = 794
745/794*100=93.7%

76mm cea
1200(max)*.85(15%)=1020
800/1020*100=78%

Does that look right?

I'd assume the heat into the air from each turbo at a given % range would be similar...however I think the inefficiency of the IC would become more evident at increased flow rates.

Well today I put the heat shielding around the wiring harness that the turbo header was trying to melt. Not the nicest looking work I have done, but not the worst either. I also got to take the car for about a 10 mile round trip before it started to rain to test out the new wheels/tires. They hook like crazy, but I noticed a vibration at the top of third(where I let out also). Hopefully it is just one of the wheels or tires. I will swap back to the other wheels and see if it is still there.

After the rain I loaded up my three kids and wife and went for a cruise around the town. Just putted around in 1st or 2nd gear. Found out that I should have went with the airlift suspension. I don't have any tire rub with just me in the car, but since I cut the bump stops off and had the family along I got some tire to fender rub. I really like the stance of these springs over the cobra jets, but it looks like I may have to go back to the cobra jets. Any recommendations?
