No buyer, but I am swapping trans, k -member, a-arms, turbo kits. Since the turbo kit was off and the trans was out, it was only another hour to pull the engine too. makes it easier to swap the k member, then reinstall with it bolted to the trans.
Enough work for today. Need to get exhaust manifold gaskets for the turbo headers so I can swap them before I put the engine back in. Not much else needed before we go back together.
Worked on the car for about a half a day today. The oil pan came in so I got that swapped. Also clearance the block for the up-pipe and installed the turbo headers. The engine is basically ready to come back off the stand now so I can install my RST and Mcleod billet steel flywheel. Then bolt up the trans and drop the engine back in. I do have a couple of powersteering lines to redo on the rack before I put the engine back in though. OneeyedWilly was kind enough to provide me a library of pics so I know what needs to be done to make this kit fit.
The one that you have installed in the pictures you posted above. On mine the hoses come straight out of the adapter instead of on the side like yours. It's a tight fit because of the coldside pipe coming off the turbo so i was wanting to find a adapter like that.
It is the one that came with my on3 kit. If you look closely, it can have the lines come straight out or at a 90 degree angle. I will not be using this one anymore more than likely.
If I end up not using it I will just send the whole adapter that bolts to the block, less my fittings for my oil feed line and oil pressure sensor. Barb fittings will be included. It uses a busing to screw on when the oil filter goes and I am afraid if I unsrew it it may leave the bushing on there and a person would ruin it trying to get it off.
