Have you looked at the Borg Warner S400? You can pick them up pretty cheap sometimes and there a lot used ones floating around.

Not 100% on this but IIRC the CT and Precesion are all direct replacement of his current turbo. I don't think the BW will match up without mods. Like I said I could be completely off on this. I wanted to be sure thats why I got the 7675

Good luck Josh! Can't to see what comes of the car. Honestly, I hope to see you hit the track another time or two before the end of the season. I think your car is capable of times, you just need a little more practice. At the beginning I was 2.0's and got a few 1.8's w/o 2 step. With, I started at 1.8's and it kept coming down. I had to figure out what RPM I could safely launch at w/ the correct slip to no blow the tires away.

Next tires may be ET pros

I don't think that had anything to do with it Doug. I just didn't know how to drive with the Hoosiers yet, and didn't have the time that right to make enough runs.

I do want to go with a larger turbo and return fuel this winter if I can.

I also had the starting issue return at the track that night. I ran the car idleing in the staging lanes for about 20 minutes, then raced. After racing shut it off for about 20minutes each time. After the 3rd race I went right to the trailer and loaded the car. After I loaded it I wanted to move it over a little in the trailer and tried to restart it but it wouldn't restart(acted like low voltage) so I left it where it was. Trailered the car home and the next morning went to unload the car. The car fired right up the next morning. Not sure what this issue is but it is really irritating.

The starter may be getting too hot. Is your hot side piping running under the starter or close enough to heat it up? Only thing I can suggest is testing it to see how much amperage it's drawing when cold and when hot. If you need a cheap starter I happen to have one.

Turbo header is right above the starter and the down pipe runs right along the side of it. The downpipe is wrapped but it gets HOT. How do I test the amperage? Good idea though, this only seems to happen when the car is hot and I have been beat in on it. Those are the times when the temps get very high by the starter
