Oil is fed by tee in the oil pressure sensor port. The kit includes an STS scavenge pump to return the oil back. No major problems in the rain. Occasionally water gets into the MAF but cleaning with MAF cleaner takes care of that. I just recommend cleaning the air filter more frequently. Lag isn't that bad, slightly noticeable when taking off in first but picks up quick after.

any idea of what upper hp numbers is this kit capable of?

The turbo is rated up to 620hp. I've only gone as high as 515whp @ 10psi, mostly because I'm still on the stock motor.
