Pix of all are added to the first post. Also found the following:

Hawk HP-Plus brake pads (HB485N.656) for the rear: $60.00, virtually new.

Complete set of Posi-Quiet ceramic pads, also virtually new: $75 for fronts and rears.

And for the deal of the century: BMR Poly/rod adjustable LCA's! Both poly bushings are shot, and despite the fact that mine came from a "known bad" batch and failed after only one year, they wanted to charge me for replacements. I will NOT give them an additional dime, but you could! IIRC, the replacements would be $20, so here's the deal: TCA021's go for $260 new, I'm asking $100 as-is, with the only thing needed being a set of poly bushings. They're in excellent condition otherwise, or I wouldn't sell them, I'd just trash them:
