Hi guy,

I pulled off the Stock STB from the Brembo Package off of my 14' GT.

Looking to sell it and wanted to see if anyone has tried to test fit this on specifically the 05-10 GT's. If so, did it fit, were there clearance issues, etc.

Thanks for the help.

Any chance with motor mounts and the plenum cover being removed that this STB may work?

Thanks for the info.

As far as I know there isn't a configuration which will allow that STB to fit a 05-10 3v, its not even close since it has no arc to the brace.

Good deal, thanks Jeremy!

Figured I'd ask since a local guy with an 09 GT is interested in this particular STB.

If he's local you could just try to meet up with him and see if it works. I've read other places that it does work, and some places that it doesn't. Doesn't seem like it would without at least lower motor mounts, but I really like that STB and they're cheap so if I could put one on my 3V I'd be pretty psyched about it.

put some shims under it if its close. A couple of washers might do the trick

There's enough reduced thread engagement from installing the strut brace alone on the strut mount studs. If be scared to add more thickness there, the locking part if the top lock nut might not even engage the threads

Like said unfortunately no, too bad because I think it's the best looking factory one. A Boss brace does fit due to arch, although there could be hood interference.. I know mine touches the liner, but then again liner touched the plenum cover too.

This ^

I Have a bracket under mine that's a lot thicker than a couple of washers for 2 yrs now with no issue. The bracket is to mount the coolant overflow tank
