I did and it wasn't for me. But that's just one opinion so if you like it get it. Me? I prefer an x-pipe. I just did American Racing 1 7/8 longtubes this weekend with an off road x-pipe and the Kooks catback.

I can't believe anyone would run a midlength header on a 5.0. What a waste of money.
They're LT's

Sounds great!

Even though I never owned a 4.6, the one thing I did like on that was the sound. As you said, it's an opinion. Yours sounded about as good as Ive heard on the tube with an off-road X. Most seem to be klanky and raspy. Each part has it's own sound but the combo is what makes it unique in each case.

Actually no they're mid lengths.

Installing headers as an exhaust sound enhancing option??? Are you doing the installation on your own?
For now, and some more tq. Will be putting a Roush SC in by the end of the year. My car goes to Steeda for most of the work.

Cant really disagree with that statement personally, but some others may.

It doesn't matter what Steeda calls them. Kooks themselves have already said they're mid lengths. Hell look at the pic I put up. You can clearly see they're mid lengths. If Steeda called them pink would you believe them?

This is correct. I have been a Kooks Distributor for a while. They are called Long Tubes but are actually mid lengths. They do not come down under the car like a conventional long tube.

Call them whatever you want. Just because people didnt copy you and get ARH doesnt mean theyre not good. Show me dyno tests that prove ARH are any better. I have several reputable shops down here (including Steeda) that use Kooks in their own cars.

I don't think anyone is debating the quality of Kooks. They are just stating the obvious.
