Guys I have these horrible quarter window Louvers I've always wanted off. Two questions....how is the easiest way to get them off and I assume the glass underneath is heavily water spotted. How do you clean the glass? Clay?

The factory ones are just on with Velcro. They just pull off and you can remove the Velcro with a razor.

If it is not too bad then you can take 0000 steel wool and window cleaner. If bad then glass polish and a drill adapter for a good polishing pad or a DA and proper pads.

Vinegar should remove the water spots then wax the glass.

I used some sturdy fishing line and some goo-gone? to get mine off. Glass was actually in great shape when I took them off.

If vinegar doesn't get the spots off, try CarPro Spotless. I would not do the steel wool thing unless your are ready to polish the glass using a proper glass polish like ceriglas...

Well that sucked. Those water spots said fuck you to the vinegar or clay. I ended up needing the Porter Cable and an orange pad. That was brutal.
