Any push pins will do. Just make sure they're big enough to cover the hole and then some.

Here's mine, I used silicone sealant to set them in place (from the bottom of the trunk lid, inside the trunk) so that they won't move and no water gets in. It's not noticeable from a certain distance but they are noticeable if you're up close. So far, the only people who have ever noticed them are car-oriented people, they just go "oh cool you plugged the holes". Anyone who isn't into cars probably won't say a single thing about it if they even notice it. It's just way cheaper than having them filled in and painted by a shop.

With a car as slick ad smooth looking as yours.....definitely go wingless.

Your pic was close up enough.. That's cool. I may do it. I'm getting ready to order a cowl hood, so I think it'd look pretty sick to have both. Like the op's car. I would be tempted to want to fill the holes and paint it, but as you said, much cheaper plugging them, would result in being able to put it back if ever the need or want was to arise.
