This is my DD. I drive 35 miles each way to work.So milage is somewhat important to me. Anyway I have a VMP milage tune in it now, k&n drop in, dual exhaust, and a trac lok. Should I get an underdrive pulley or cold air intake next?

When I bought my SCT from VMP it came with three tunes. I had him give me and 87 and 93 octane C&L cai tune along with the 87 octane milage tune. So all I need is the cai. The cai would be much easier to install than a pulley :) Wonder how much milage I will loose? I am getting 24+ now that it's warm outside.

24 mpg? that's all? OK well if that's a mix of city/hwy then that's about right.
With a good 87 octane tune with a cai I was doing about 27 mpg highway with speeds 'around 75' over several hours on longer trips.
And yeah, a cai is a way easier to install than a pulley.

the under drive will not give you near the gains a cai would.

i just drove to ohio, raced and back and and averaged 24mpg i'm running lots o boost and raced around. the cai may help you mpg too

are you an auto or stick?

Ended up getting a used set of pulleys (Crank & W/P) off ebay and ordered a CAI. Plan on putting them on together.
