My 2013 has the dreaded orange dots that I believe are related to brake dust/rust. I have washed, hand waxed, detailed, and even used a Pinnacle clay bar/lube with it, and they are still there. What are my options here? I don't mind putting the work in myself, just need to know what works and what doesn't.

I would use CarPro's TRIX . They might be tar or brake/rust. TRIX will take out all of the above that way your covered either way.

Its from rail dust/industrial fallout. Its on alot of cars but white shows it the worst. I did a 2013 Porsche Cayenne recently that had the same thing.

Carpro IronX, TriX, as mentioned, are the way to go. Also use a clay bar to remove the above surface contaminants.
