I'm 99% sure it will fit. It should have the same mounting piece stuck to the windshield as my '05. After your mirror comes off the new mirror slides into place and there is a set screw to tighten. There is no model number on the mirror, if you go to the Escort radar detector site you can see specs. They distribute them and the manufacturer is Audio Video Innovations.
