Brand new, never used. Everything is included in the box, box was only opened for pictures. I purchased this kit new from Jason at Hypermotive and they were custom configured through Ground Control for my 2013 GT500 Convertible. I am selling them because I decided to go with Airlift on the car.

They are a great alternative for someone who wants coilover adjustibility.

The specs on the springs:
-440lbs spring rate front
-220lbs spring rate rear

you can but the stress of a lowered spring will eventually wear out the shock. it wont be immidiate but it will happen

i didnt know GC made these. these are coilover sleeves

Yea I just got a set of steeda shocks/struts and this sounds like a great alternative to buying coil overs. What would you use instead?

Some guys have ran this with no problem. I can't comment on them since I have no experience with them

Bump, I know some people have run these rates before on a GT and did not have problems. This is a great alternative to buying coilovers.

Hey Cam, I am not real familiar with these, but after reading the product info in the link you provided, I am very interested. Looks like a lees expensive alternative to full blown coil overs, huh?
I do have a couple of questions, though. Are they specifically calibrated for a certain brand shock/strut? I know on the website you have to select the brand shock/strut that you are running. Also, in the link, you have to select "sport" or "aggressive" for ride feel. Any info on which category those spring rates would fall under?

It looks like these just replace the existing coil springs, correct? Any other mods needed?

Chip, they are in-fact an alternative to a set of conventional coilovers.

1. They are specifically calibrated more towards the weight of the vehicle than towards shock/strut personality.

2. I do believe they will work with any shock/strut that is familiar on the market. The Shelby has Bilstein shocks/struts for what it's worth and I don't think they have anything abnormally different than other ones on the market.

3. I opted for the Sport feel. I know that Jay@Hypermotive can answer some of these questions than I can. He ran similar spring rates on his Boss 302 and had a very firmly planted yet comfortable ride.

4. Yes, these replace the coil springs, like any other lowering spring upgrade. Only other mods would be just supporting mods like usual car lowering such as camber bolts, panhard bar, etc which you probably already have.

Let me know if there is anything else I could help you with!

If anyone has any questions at all feel free to shoot me a pm, this is a great set of adjustable height springs. Just so everyone is aware, I run 440lbs spring rate front and 9 inch 285lbs spring rate rear for the track (although the 9 inch was very comfortable) and also ran a 200lbs 8 inch spring in the rear.
Harold (HWM on here) is running this exact setup on his koni yellows and loves it. He runs a 7 inch front spring and a 9 inch rear spring.

I am not sure who makes the Roush shocks. Yes everything is included for the install including the collar adjustment tool and instructions.

I have a couple people in line who are just asking around to make sure it works with their setup ATM.
