I really want to help you work through this but diagnosing these sort of things without having the car right there in front of you is like shooting targets at 500 yards with a blindfold on. Sure you can get some lead downrange but at the end of the day your “sprayin and prayin”……and probably won’t hit a thing.

If you get to the point where you have eliminated everything that can be thought of ship me the manifold and I will put it on a car that doesn’t make any strange noises. If the manifold doesn’t change anything it wasn’t the issue. If the manifold does change something I will either rebuild or replace it. If the fault lies with the manifold I will cover shipping both ways.

If you can think of any other possible avenues to getting this sorted let me know. I’m all ears and willing to help.:thumb:

Thanks but thats going to be a last resort. after the vacuum leak test this tuesday, i'll move to the bypass. Then find a temp supercharger to see if something is wrong with mine or get my checked/rebuilt. If if that doesnt fix I'll send you the intake to test.

ok new video from today. the honking/howling is the loudest at 30,46,58 seconds. If you watch the entire video I hit the horn twice for a reference on how loud it is.

Wow, ^^^ ask KB to do that LOL!!! Or any manufacturer for that matter. How can you afford to do that with how cheap you are selling the manifold? I don't know your numbers but I know how much machine work runs and I doubt there is any profit at the sales price... You are too nice!

Don't think it is the manifold but good deeds do come back around tho...

I can say from my own experience working on mine that he is willing to go the extra mile to provide his customers with excellent service. :highfive::yes1:

OK just got back from the shop and he smoke tested it up to 3psi. Found zero leaks. Tech thinks its a harmonic between the supercharger kit and exhaust. I have Ford racing shorty headers, oem CATed h-pipe and KR mufflers. What exhaust do others have?

I will also remove the bypass vacuum line in the next day or two and check to see if the noise goes away.
