No excuse for whatever is going on....

Don't know if I'd go that far....yet. He has great feedback thus far..I don't see him jumping on the "scam wagon" all of a sudden.

Might be having health issues....either himself or a close family member...who knows.

I'd get ahold of others that have dealt with him and see if they have any contact info. Also contact Kimmer and see if he has any info.

Also look for local boards near his home town...might get some local people to him to help you out.

Did you pay with PayPal? File a dispute then immediately escalate it to a claim. If he IS pulling a shady deal...then maybe they can help.

If it's a legit issue...you can always dismiss the claim.

I agree to only a certain point. You dont leave a buyer in the dark no matter the circumstance. Its only a quick email away to ease the buyer. Hes obviously had time to log onto this site several times, what more does it take to write a few sentences to explaion whats going on to they buyer. Im not calling him a scammer, simply theres no excuse.

The shipping label in the post above clearly says El Paso. The Chicago comment was from another shipping lable where it passed thru the station in Chicago.

Since you know him that well....why don't you just call him up for the buyer and straighten it all out?
