GT500 front conversion question. Crash foam?

Wouldn't be too hard to add fogs later just take the fender liners off, getting to the wiring after the bumper is already on would be the hardest part I would think.

I have it hanging on the car right now until I can get the trans cooler in and the HID's this week. Feels like it needs about 3/4" of foam on top and 1/2"-3/4" on the front to fit tight. I'm going to buy some closed cell 1" thick rubber/foam to put on and then bolt it down.
