Any thoughts? My car is a DD and want to upgrade my suspension. I was told the GT500 track pack shocks and struts were great; then again others 100% disagreed. Next i was told FRPP suspension was a great upgrade. How much stiffer of a ride? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!

What car do you have? What are your goals? Just want to lower it, autocross, drag racing? Do you have a budget?

For a daily driver with good dampening and ride characteristics I like Koni. The Str.T's are excellent for daily drivers. If you want more adjustability then the Koni Yellows are even better. I had the FRPP before and for what they cost you would get better performance from another brand. I believe FRPP are made by I think tokico. Not sure though.

I have k springs and FRPP's on my '06 and find it a perfectly acceptable daily. I would want stiffer if it saw any real competition use. Were I buying new, I'd have gone Koni STR's, but I had the springs laying around and got the FRPP's for cheap used, so it was a lo-buck improvement rather than an optimized setup.

Also I would recommend something adjustable in a strut mount. I have the steeda hd strut mounts and am very pleased. No clunking, no nvh but it gives you ➕ or ➖ a degree of adjustment.

I have Koni Str.t's and BMR springs and the ride is awesome. The ride is a little rough but i still like it cause thats how its suppose to ride...takes corners just right and launches from a stop perfect....I've only driven a GT500 PP once and it rode okay...but I think it should ride a lil sport car like
