Frankly I really don't care what you do. With your vast years of experience you already know everything there is to know. I'm an old man and I have seen the Democrats systematically turn this Country into a welfare state. When I was your age people had to work for a living, no work no eat. Now you can't get people to work because the Government welfare system provides better than any job they would get.

I ask you two question. What is going to happen when the working population doesn't pay enough in taxes to pay for all the non working populations benefits, which is already happening, and the Government can't borrow any more to cover it? The only thing keeping the Country going now is the borrowing we are doing, which is covered by foreign country's buying our Treasury Bonds. What happens if tomorrow China and the other major Country's, that buy our Treasury Bonds, stopped buying?

Tom and Earl are both veterans so give them some credence... and regardless of what your opinion is that should not take away from those that have gone before us and given their all.....I would not expect to have to explain that to a fellow military member.

And your math is way off; if you are 32 and have been serving for 16 years that means you joined when you were 16...sorry, does not compute, try again.

Joined the Army reserves (with my parents signature). Crossed over to the Navy three years later (for some strange reason MEPS gave me credit for my service). So if my math is right and i am a few months away from the 16 year mark i think i'm good! My LES for some reason shows 15 years. So someone that says they deserves respect should give it if they want it in return.

Is this Jason??? Why are you bringing Bush into the equation. He isnt the President in case your eyes and ears have issues. A true leader of our Country and basically any professional business would not make excuses for his/her failures in that position, but instead choose to lead. Hanging out with the Hollywood types and using those actors as your gavel isnt a leader at all. Can you please name one heavily Liberal controlled State that is and has been financially sound in the last 8-10 years?? Both sides have great ideas but Liberal Economics do not work!! If you bring Clinton (impeached Liberal who never left office) into the topic, please dont forget it was a Republican controlled Congress that kept Clinton aligned when he strayed too far left.
