This may be a dumb question but I searched and found nothing. But, typically what is the CC on a set of ported heads?

No way to tell on ported heads. The stock combustion chamber comes in at roughly 51cc's (+ or - 1cc-ish). Some shops rework the chamber slightly and others don't touch it at all.

So to answer your question: it depends.
