I was swapping out my heads on a 3V motor and was really struggling with the headers, I got all the bolts out of the driver's side (after what seemed like 2 hrs), unbolted the the head and moved on to the passenger side. After struggling with the lower header bolts to no avail, I decided to try and take the header with the head. I unbolted the the 2 collector bolts, unplugged the O2 sensor, removed the headbolts and the how dam thing came up out of there. This saves some serious time. For the driver's side I unbolted the 2 bolts for the steering shaft and installed the head and header as an assembly. Hopes this tip saves some of you some time and aggravation.
