Not sure if this link is old news around here or not but I found it to contain some very good articles on suspension tuning, design and theory.

Most of the stuff is in .PDF format for downloading. I've just downloaded my copies for future reference in case the page disappears.

May prove to be an interesting resource.


ETA: Well, the last message in that forum is dated in 2008, so it doesn't look like it's a live forum anymore. The content that's there may or may not prove valuable.
