OK so I have a 2012 gt with p0012, p0014, p0022, p0024, p052b and p052d. All of which are either cam over-retarded or cam over advanced codes. Ive tried replacing all 4 cam solenoids, i changer all 4 cam sensors, and ive changed the oil because i know its changed by oil pressure, non of these worked. Also another thing, it has almost no torque down low but its rips up top. Im new coyotes, does anyone have any help or advice because to me it does not make sense to replace any of the timing stuff because everything was replaced a few thousand miles ago. HELP.

WHen they are junk do they throw those same codes?
Not necessarily. Sometimes you may just hear knocking coming from a phaser that falls apart as soon as you unbolt it from the cam, a rattle at the front of the engine from a cheaply made timing chain that's already stretched after a mere 10k miles, or a chain tensioner gets stuck and no longer applies any tension on the chain. The chain then skips a few teeth on the sprockets, the cam timing is thrown off, the pistons on one bank hit the valves and bend them, the valves no longer close properly, the cylinders lose compression, and the engine suddenly runs on only four cylinders instead of eight.

I see, to me it doesnt make sense for codes to be thrown for all 4 cams, because you would think it would only effect one bank unless both primary chains are stretched. But who knows, next i will be replacing the timing components along with a boundry opg and cs. I will be sure to update you on anything.
