Help identifying this radiator.

Radiator popped up in my FB feed. Kind of a big part to store but it is only 100. I searched the part number but it returns ar3z instead of ar3v. Is this a GT500 radiator and would it fit a 2005 4.6?

Searched the ar3z-8005-a and it comes up 2007 to 2014 5.4 to 5.8 so it does seem to be a gt500 radiator. But it says it won't fit my 2005. Is that because of the coolant crossover setup?

So it is not a simple switch to a 2005 with the old style thermostat housing?
