Yesterday, I installed my PIT TC and finally dumped the Kooks high cats and went with the OR -X while the exhaust was out. The exhaust is now stupid loud and raspy and it needs to quiet down. I've decided to go with some 18" resonators after the mid pipe after searching the forum for a fix.
Question is what size inlet and outlet do I need? I see everything from 2.5" to 3". I have Kooks 1 5/8" LT, with OR-X mid pipe, stock over the axle piping, and axle back Flowmasters. I'm thinking 2.5" but want to be sure. Much thanks!
BTW, the Kooks high flow cats have 2,000 miles and are just sitting in my garage if anyone is interested. (This is just the cat pipes, not the entire X-pipe.)
