Well, I thought I would update on this. BMR has the replacement piece. It is 13 bucks but I am going to order it today. I am curious to know if anyone else has these with the rod ends and if so, how noisy are they? If I really torque them down, will I still be able to hear them clunk a little? If I do then I might get rid of them for some with poly on both ends.

I have the Dbl Adj Race arms sitting on my shelf in the garage for that very reason. I put the fixed tubular with poly bushings in cuz I could not stand th noise. I am not selling thm though. When I go to a big event, they will go back in for the track.

Even when you fix them, they will be loud. Rod end anything will be loud and harsh, buyer beware. Generally this stuff is reserved for race cars, totally over the top and unnecessary for a street car.

Well then, I am going to try and sell them sometime. I can't stand rattles. I didnt realize when I bought them that they would be this way. They will be up in the classified section soon. Thats where I got them too.

Brother I run double adjustable LCA's and they are loud as all hell. If you are looking for quiet, those are not for you. To clarify, it is not a rattle you will hear but a loud "CLUNK" once the heim joint reaches the limit of its rotation. I never notice mine at speed on the highway, but at low speed or launching, it is very apparent.

I have the adj BMR's with the rod end on the axle side and poly on the body side. Honestly I dont get much sound at all. I cant notice anything different from stock and dont get clunks.

I did get a clunk when the original bushing's dissintergrated, that happened a while back with a batch of BMR bushings. Got replacements and they have been fine and quiet.

Either it is just my ears that it doesnt bother or something with my install I dont know, but I like mine. If I ever have an issue with the poly bushings again I am going to do rod ends on both ends.

I also have a BMR fixed upper with poly bushings that was installed at the same time. My adj panhard bar is rod/poly as well. Other than a squeek in the rear seat area I cant find car is tight. I do have loud exhaust though.

Sorry random thought pattern today I am tired. Good luck I hope you figure it out. I recommend you reinstall once you get the right hardware and see if you like them.

If not try the GT500 ones. Better than stock I believe and should be stone quiet.

I am not sure if this is you issue and it may sound strange but i had issues with my Steeda UCA and UCA mount. The UCA was making contact with the gas tank, make sure your new UCA is not making contact, if it is just crimp the edges of the gas tank down to free up some space range of motion.

Yeah, I figured I would get the correct space piece and give them one last try. Can't hurt and they are easy to swap. If I can stand the noise(if any)then I will keep them.
