Im interested to see how many miles you guys have on your superchargers or turbos and what brand it is and how many issues have you ran into with that power adder.

Sorry for the odd question Im trying to do some more research before I spend lots of money.

Thanks!

My brothers 2000SVTLightning has 120,000 Miles and still running the Eaton Blower ported to Stage 5+. Truck still runs mid 11s and he uses it as his Daily Driver.

Blower is still strong, next is built shortblock. Cars/Trucks will last as logn as their taken care of.

I have put about 4K miles on my stock motor with the Stage 1 Brenspeed E Force kit without any issues whatsoever. If you don't over rev it and have a good safe tune, the motor should live for quite a while at 450rwhp or less. I have my shift light set at 5600rpms and usually shift around there. I go through the traps at the local 1/8 mile strip at 6K at the top of third. That's about all the rpms my motor ever sees. With almost 400 ft lbs of torque at 2500rpms, there is no need to twist the crap out of it. I do know someone that has over 500rwhp on the stock internals and his motor has lived for over 50K miles like that but that's pushing it imo.

Vortech V-3 HO for the past 15K/1 year, only problem is changing the oil on it and wanting to swap to a smaller pulley.

A friend of mine has an '06 with Saleen s/c @ 10 PSI pushing 120 or 140 kmiles. He doesn't really track the car but does get into stop-light drags. I have the same setup but i road race. Blew up at less than 24k, forged stroker went about 8k and needed new crank.

I have had my Kenne Bell on mine for right at 14,000 miles so far, and haven't had a single issue, that I myself didn't cause... everything wrong has been my fault. Live and learn. 11 PSI pulley, canned KB tune, stock motor, 39# Cobra injectors, KB Boost-A-Pump.

something to think about. All those big rigs on the highway you see all have turbo's. and when your not in the throttle of a turbo car it is just like a N/A car.
