How do I submit a question on the forum

Sorry, this is my first forum to ever try and post on. I'm wanting to post a question revolving around not passing emissions. I have searched and not found my specific issue. Can you please point me in the right direction as to how to post?

If you have used the Search feature and have found nothing go to the Forum bar top left of front page. Search on the left side the Tech area you are looking for and ask the question.

If you don't find it in the search function mustang chit chat is the best place to put questions like that; understand that as the EPA cracks downs on emissions there may not be "advertised" places that will pass cars...and it varies by states.

Our tech forums are a bit more restricted than most car forums. Read the descriptions and if it's actually a tech question then post it in the appropriate tech forum. If it's not real tech or if you're not sure, post it in Mustang chit-chat.
