IDK if those numbers are dry or filled, its possible that the 6060 takes more fluid too and that would add 2-5lbs (guess on my part)

This isn't mustang related but I took the back bench seat and rear carpeting out of the bronco (need the space and the carpet is constantly wet for whatever reason). I'd say it dropped 130-140lbs with that alone and i tell ya it's got a nice little holeshot going for it haha :)

Read this whole thread last night until about 1am... thanks for all the info guys really appreciate it!!!

Matt when you get the APR stuff get them without the clear coat. Every bit of weight helps right? ;) Matte carbon looks badass anyways.

I did weight my Magnaflow Cat-Back a while back.
The mufflers were 8lbs each
the piping between the h-pipe and muffler is 1 pound less than stock. Each. So 2 pounds off of that LOL.

I know my Tein Flex coilovers are lighter than stock but I didnt weight it so i cant give an objective answer.

I have the Mishimoto one and it is NOT lighter than stock. It is double the thickness. I would say it is about 5-8 pounds heavier than stock.

Anyone remember how much the bare door weighed? PSF racer weighed it few months back.

Seibon now has dry carbon fiber doors and a dry carbon fiber trunk... the trunk would knock off 14 lbs, just wondering about the bare doors now

Never mind, I searched through old threads. Psf , weighed the complete door but never just the shell. Randy (born to run) weighed the bare door and said it was 25 lbs each... the dry carbon doors are 10.3 pounds each... not worth it one bit

The 6060 is only 132 lbs while the TR 3650 is 126 lbs...i have done the swap and that is both filled with fluid...the 6060 takes 3.65 quarts while the 3650 takes 3.8 i believe....

i am just curious if anyone can answer wether or not i will lose any weight if i got with a BMR K Member and A Arms at same time as i have a 302 stroker motor with kellogg forged crank manley h beam rods and diamond pistons. i know motor itself will be heavier but will the lighter K member make up for it?

You will knock off just over 26 lbs with the k-member and a-arms so yes it will make up for heavy internals of your motor

Who has the lightest K-memember?

BMR does, I run the racecraft its a bit heavier because of the strength design but man is it built ever so nice (great for street/strip). Now race craft offers shorter a-arms that don't weigh as much ither
