How often to Change Spark plugs on Nitrous

I recently changed my plugs on May 15,2013 to the autolite HT0 plugs for my 100 shot of nitrous... I don't spray it often but when I do use it I may make 3 or 4 passes when I do... My question is how often should I change these plugs? Thanks for any help

Whenever the book calls for. I try to pull my plugs every 15k/mi or so, just to re-anti sieze them. Overly paranoid about broken plugs, lol.

100 shot isnt that devestating. Normal driving will/should self-clean the plugs from any excess carbon due to WOT/spray. Anything other than carbon, you have other issues lol.
