How to PM A Forum Member

Hello, I have thrown in the towel on trying to figure out how to PM someone on this forum. I recently joined and can't for the life of me figure out how to send someone a PM. Is there a probationary period where you don't have this functionality? I feel silly asking and am sure it's something easy I am missing. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, you have to have a certain number of posts before you can start PM'ing. This is to keep spammers from creating accounts just to send mass PMs.
