Aren't you worried about meth pooling in the intercooler shooting pre compressor?
Guessing your moving the ait sensor too yes?

I've done pre/post compressor on draw thru on MAF, you can do pre compressor on MAP based systems.

I think Paul (againstallodds) had some pre-turbo once in his car, at the end, the air you suck has some humidity in it already, if properly atomized should work, the thing is how much this skew your readings, maybe not that much? Is data I would like to see, just for the sake of knowing.

Beef, if you don't mind sharing.

Atomized would hard enough if it wasn't going thru the cooler first. But why not just upgrade cooler? Interested as well. In for info.

yes

Or can we do it pre maf and post maf... Hmmmm...

1st, we are doing 1 hit pre compressor to cool the air intake charge down, should drop initial temps 40-50 degrees, and we expect it to pick up around 2 psi of boost as well

2nd, we aren't using any water in the system, so the activation temperature is much lower

by the time the air reaches the maf, the amount of meth we are using for part 1, shouldn't cause any issues,

the iat has been relocated to the back of the intake in the car, so post maf / pre iat we will be doing a double hit

that we should get a pretty substantial decrease in air temps, which should give us full timing back in the car

with running e85, we aren't concerned with "cylinder cooling", just air cooling

we should see pretty soon how it works

What is the ratio and flow going to be on hit one? (Pre MAF)

I also just cool for AITs. I run a 30/70 mix with a dual nozzle AEM kit after the MAF.

It's 100% Meth, 14 injector pre blower and 2 - 10s after

I've been working with Rodney at alcohol injection systems on this. He came highly recommended from several people. This is a bit of a new area for us.

We looked at air/water, nitrous bar on the intercooler, and Meth. After speaking with Rodney several times, this is the setup we chose to go with.

Should work ok. 100% meth should vaporize completely in the blower unless you're dumping it in with a garden hose.

Any concern of running 100% meth pre blower then possibly having it exit the BOV? Vaporized meth dumping out anywhere near hot engine components sounds bad in theory but I've seen others do it, so must not be that bad?
