Good Morning All,

Last fall I had noticed that I was getting slow throttle response and the engine just wasn't performing like it had...
After consulting the Forums, I Removed the Throttle body and cleaned it with CRC Throttle Body cleaner, Cleaned the Mass Airflow Sensor with CRC MAS cleaner. (No that wasn't an ad for CRC products)

Throttle response is awesome Now, Way Way Better then it was before... and I even think as I saw other people mention, I swear my Exhaust (Borla) is Louder now then it was before.

But... There's always a "But", Now the idle is doing a fluctuation between 35-40 mph, its very very slight maybe 50 to 100 rpms up and down, When at cruise speeds over 40, the idle is just fine, no fluctuation at all, or at least its not as perceptible as it is at lower speeds.

This is a Bone Stock motor, No aftermarket Tuner or Tune. at least that I know of lol.

Advice would be much appreciated!

I'd try replacing the throttle position sensor.. Especially if you have the older style.

A good DIY video is:

The older style sensors are shaped wierd like an egg. The new sensor is a rectangle (pictures attached). The new sensor is part # AG1E-9E928-BA

Erase pcm KAMs.
Perform idle relearn.
OR
Just disconnect the battery for 15 min and reconnect. Start engine and let it idle for 5-10 min.
I prefer KAM reset with a scan tool. So you dont lose radio, power window autoclose, etc.

Thanks for the replies...

Had let it sit with the Battery disconnected for 24 hours,
Did the run up to temp, AC On, then Drive for 10 mins.
I have actually done this now 3 times, and why now I'm reaching out.
This seemed to be the version mentioned most of a few different steps on the relearn process.

My own thoughts had started leaning towards the TPS, but wanted to get others opinions.

How careful were you when you cleaned MAF? Did you touch it or blast it with cleaner up close? Also check for vacuum leaks. You could have loosen or broken a vacuum hose while moving things around.
