clean your throttle body and reset your ECU. I was throwing lean codes, idle issues, and misfires , and when I did that everything worked fine!

What kind of gas are you running?

Have you used "octane boost?"

Have you used "Torco Unleaded Accelerator?"

Are you running aftermarket COPs?

Have you found out which cylinder is misfiring or is it random cylinders?

Check the connections and wires going to the COPs. Maybe one got pinched.

did the code start after adding the "new" TB, what kind of TB is it?

its the stock TB that came off my friends car as well as the cops and the problem was there even before I changed the plugs, we thought it might have been that but it isnt going to see if we switch injectors to see if thats whats causing it.

O2 sensors, fuel filter, fuel pump, short in the wiring harness going to the COPs, etc., etc..

Are all the boots that go from cop to plug in good shape. Maybe one is cracked/split. Make sure all the wire harnesses are plugged in and locked.

Has anyone mentioned the all simple possibility of a bad spark plug?
Ah saw you checked them.

Also injectors can cause this.
might be worth a shot

Also... if you are cammed then the tune can also cause this.
If the parameters are not correct the computer "thinks" you are misfiring when you are not.
I had this problem after searching just about every mech problem we could think of.

I had some stumbling going on with my car and it turned out that there was too much dielectric grease in the cops and on the springs in them so I guess it was interfering with the connection to the spark plugs. I cleaned them all out as well as the springs that carry the current to the plugs and put a very light coating on the inside of the coil boot. That took care of the stumbling I had.
