Just snug them down. It's a plastic intake, you can only torque the bolts so hard.

Yeah, I have never torqued my intake bolts. Just start from the inside and work outward in a cris-cross pattern, until snug. So far no issues with mine.

Those are 6mm thread bolts. 96 INCH lbs, not foot lbs.

This... Need to look at the fine print. Helped a guy avoid an expensive mistake once on a new Ford Racing intake. Good on 'em to ask the question.
