Intermittent heat

Hopefully it gets the problem solved. Ive gone from the radiator to the core, including electrics trying to figure out what could remotely possibly be his problem and nothing comes to mind.

Seems like the actuator door is the last thing left.

let us know and good luck, its gonna be a cold winter

I did the Troubleshooting list from hell checklist ... and it all checked out so the internal heating core / door is fine.

If I sit at the light and revv the engine the air will change from blowing cold to hot, when the engine slows down to an idle then it blows cold again.

Hmm you think Internet troubleshooting is hard try it with the stupid car right in front of you... Fuck this thing pisses me off....

The only other thing i can think of is that you have an air pocket in the heater core. Try bleeding the coolant system. Elevate the front of the car. Start the car and let it come up to operating temperature. Remove the cap and try squeezing the top hose several times. Repeat until you have steady heat at idle.
