OK i ordered a Sequential kit from our vendor....mustang seuqential w.e....anyway i try installingmine today and it blinks as if nothing was ever changed like it was stock also...they claim there are giving us a deal for $99!!!...meanwhile on the box they send it has visit our website...

i followed teh directions pretty good....possible...but its like...there are only a couple of places to splice in that would make it work...and now it is working like stock....

Ok.. first off, you posted your question in a non related thread (instead of starting a new thread) in his forum section, then posted the same question in the tech section, now posting a bitch thread in the tech section (honestly, should be in his forum or in the pit since it isn't actually tech) and did it all in 30 minutes. Did you PM Mark to ask for support? Did you call his tech support number on his web page? Did you email him from the link on his web page? Or did you just start posting? Hey, I ain't defending the guy, i'm just saying... if you need help why not try contacting the vendor instead of blasting away in the forums?

Now, to address your price concern. Which version was it that you needed. Sure, they offer a version for the S197s that is $59.95. But the part you failed to mention in your rant was there is also a different harness type that is $89.95, and a plug and play kit that is $149.95. So before you start damming him for ripping everyone off you might want to calrify as to which kit you purchased. Did you buy the type 1 kit, the type 2 kit, or the P&P kit?

As for someone actually helping, it would he helpful if you would help us to help you. Things like what type kit did you buy, which instruction set you used, the little details that actually give us the information to help.

that they don't say whether the $149 kit is splice-in or plug and play. I don't know but I'd call the tech support number on the other web-page and ask for the plug and play kit, sounds like perhaps they sent you the splice-in kit by mistake.

Obviously it was a shipping mistake. The S197 special clearly states the regular price is $149.99 therefore the special is on the plug and play kit.

I agree with Hawg, you should had called or PM Mark.

Ok perhaps I'm not reading things right. The vendor on this forum is Mustangsequencers.com and is selling a cut and splice kit for $99. The Mustangtaillightsequencers.com is an entirely different site and has 3 different kits. If we are talking about the dealer here are the forum (Mustangsequencers.com) they don't have a phone number to call for help, its an e-mail address.
Why I'm I reading this, because I did purchase the $99 kit March 10th. I also e-mail the following questions, where are you located and how do you ship. They answer promly with they are in Kentuckty and ship USPS and added "Your Lights are on the way". I live 1 state north in Indiana, it's March 21 and I'm still waiting for delivery. I have e-mail them on March 18th asking if the item has been shipped and possibly lost or if they even shipped it yet. No reply. I pm'ed Kimmer for help and he too can't get a reply from them. They have not been on their own forum for over a week.
I would just like to know what is going on with this Vendor.

I have recieve my kit finally. It is somewhat confusing as I ordered the kit from a Mustangsequencer.com and the kit comes form Mustangtaillightsequencers.com. It is a type 2 kit per the instructions which sells for $84.95 (free shipping) from Mustangtaillightsequencers but a special only to S197 forum members for $99.99 (free shipping) from Mustangsequencer.com. Some special!!!! I'm on my way to try and install these although the instructions said to look at the pictures that have been spent by e-mail I have recieved none.

Kit is in and works, just wish I would have found the cheaper price first. If you want this mod buy it from Mustangtaillightsequencers.com its about 15 bucks cheap than Mustangsequencers.com. But they seem like the same company figure that?????????

The Sponser is www.mustangsequencers.com so don't mistake them for the same company
even though they look the same. They may ship from the kentucky company because they are
in Canada to avoid import fees or something??? I think the Vendor need to chime in and Clarify
