Last Thursday, my IAT's were 108 in 5th on a road race track. Last night, the IAT's were 106 if I cooled the car between passes. I hot laped one round and I saw 116.

Is not the same scenario, quite different if you ask me. I recommend you to do a complete log at the track with it, on the open road, the IC is working and those ICs are quite good, not the same while burnouts, staging, etc. Heatsoaking is the issue.
