we've had problems with them since we moved in. they should be moving by the end of next month, and we've never done a damn thing. They've done a lot of stupid shit like turn off our water and call the cops on us for our dog barking. (I shit you not) Her BF never comes by, but I hope he does soon, my foot is longing to be put in his ass.
