These next ones are of the new expansion tank. This is for the test kits. Production kits will come with a plastic tank.

I know his welds look fucking amazing, wish I was closer to learn how to tig like that!

No doubt about that! He's a master for sure!

Pics, pics and more pics!!!!

Agreed! So far, so good!

OP, I'm REALLY looking forward to some in-car and fly by videos of your ride once all of this is completed! I've been going back and forth about supercharging or turboing my 2011 GT. Then got the OK from my wife to buy a 2014 or 2015 GT500. But the more I drive and modify my current Mustang, the more I just want to go F/I and NOT spend $60k on a new GT500.

You shall have them! Once I get it back, that is. My buddy has a GoPro he'll lend me, so I'm definitely planning on it. Dustin has been doing an awesome job keeping me updated with pics and progress, so I'll have more before too long.
Man, a '14 or '15 GT500 would be THE TITS, but the payments definitely would not be! LOL! And then I would never want to mod that car... Modding is the fun part for me!

Those welds are perfection my god.

What I was thinking as well...I found myself looking at those harder than the parts they were on, honestly...lol.

I'm very interested to see what the final results are on this. Every thing looks great so far.

Keoni1984 - Are you running stock internals with this?

This kit looks outstanding so far. Cant wait to see the end results.

I will be running this kit with a stock long block initially. I'm not planning on getting too crazy with the boost at first, probably 7-9psi. I do have some TSS billet oil pump gears going in with the kit for a little added protection, but I think it shouldn't pop as long as it has a good tune(r) and the boost is kept conservative.
I also plan on getting a louvered hood to help alleviate heat issues, especially in this AZ heat (been hitting 110-112 degrees ALREADY down here).
Eventually I will be throwing in forged internals and cranking up that boost, but I'll have to do that as funds allow.
