I finally decided to just go ahead an order the whipple HO kit. I plan on taking my time and making it a winter project. I will take alot of pics and post them up as I go. I plan on relocating the IAT sensor and lowering the boost to around 8psi.

Winter project? You can have that thing on and tearing up the streets in a day.

Haha, pretty much. To make that project last a winter, you'd need to fasten no more than one bolt per day.

First thing I would do is swap the spark plugs. Why? If you get any breakage, you're going to want to deal with that first.

Second, do the fuel pump. Start and drive the car to check that everything is fine.

Good advice. Thank you. I wouldnt expect it to take more than 20 hours but being that I get bored and look for reasons to work in the garage, I figured I will take it slow and do a little at a time. Maybe it will keep me from spending more money

Congrats.

I would have gone Whipple on my '05 if it was out back then. Such a clean kit!
