KW V3 Settings

Can anyone tell me a good starting point to set the rebound and compression? The car has a Watts link and the rear roll bar removed. Thanks in advance.

Hey thanks sheizasosay. The link is very helpful. I had these coil overs installed a few years ago and I think I would have a hard time fining where I put the manual. I'm just starting to get this car dialed in. Thanks again four your help.

Full soft/fast and tune from there. Screw the manual, it's worthless. Anyone that tells you its this "many clicks/etc" is getting high on their own supply.
