Roush's Anti Wheel Hop Kit took care of my wheel hop problem with normal street tires.

But, I'm looking to upgrade to Drag Radials soon. Is the wheel hop likely to come back again due to the greater traction?

From my experience, you either have wheel hop or you don't, regardless of tires and traction. So if you don't have any wheel hop currently, I doubt you will have any with drag radials. I know mine didn't have any issues.

What comes in the roush kit? LCA's and drop brackets?

Actually it's an upper arm and bracket. Not quite as fancy as it sounds:)

Do you still have the stock lowers?

I'd say the lowers are the cause of 90% of wheel hop in these cars.

The lowers are still stock. The Roush kit took care of it with stock tires. I'm just wondering if increased traction from switching to drag radials is likely make the hop show up again.

Brenspeed told me the same thing. I guess I'm just unlucky as hell. My car had HUGE wheel hop issues with poly/poly ended Steedas on there. At the race track I thought my dash was about to fly right out the window.

I ended up getting a set of roto-joint/poly UMI and relocation brackets (bolt-in). Test launched the car on the street a few times, seems better. Not sure why some cars have such issues with this while others don't.
