Leaks

I've already checked to see if the rain drains under the back of my hood were clogged they weren't and some one already took them out before me. I'm still getting leaking and quite a bit of water on my passenger floor board. When I take a left turn a steady stream comes out were the fuse box is on the passenger kick panel. Wtf is going on here?

There is a TSB out on the leaking issue for S197 Mustangs 05-09

Look up "TSB 08-26-7"
