short circuit

Got these code recently (wrench and check engine) and wanted to know what the issues might be.
P0193: fuel rail pressure sensor high output.
P060B: internal control module A/D processing performance
P2104: throttle actuator control system -forced idle
P2110: throttle actuator 'a' control system - forced limited RPM
From my research on this subject, it could be the throttle body actuator motor itself on the driver side of the throttle body or the pedal sensor. I currently have ford racing 62mm TB tuned on HP tuners. The car was running excellent for 2 years with the current tune without any issues.
Parts replaced: new OEM fuel rail sensor. New OEM throttle body TPS (passenger side of the throttle body). New pedal arrives tomorrow.
Parts inspected and cleaned: Pedal sensor assembly. Throttle body housing and blade. TPS plug, TB motor plug, fuel rail sensor plug.
The car will go into limp mode after car is warmed up. 180*+
Let me know what you guys think.
Thank you
